We have four houses in the Auckland region that we prefer to let on a medium term basis to individuals and families on contract in Auckland. We let these homes fully serviced and supplied (as with a short term stay) and therefore offer the convenience of a walk in walk out service with total timeframe flexibility.

Our lovely villa is in the heart of Ponsonby - in a very quiet street, but only 2 minutes walk to Ponsonby Road shopping and restaurants. An ideal Auckland base for business or holiday. This house is suitable for long term bookings.

Onehunga/Royal Oak

Our warm, comfortable, stand-alone townhouse is in a very quiet street. Newly redecorated and great for business or holiday. Close to both Cornwall Park and the Manakau Harbour - even a little beach 5 minutes walk down the hill!

Green Bay

Perfect for business in New Lynn or home base for a small family. The large, sunny, well appointed, 2 bedroom unit is in a quiet, no-exit street. A private, enclosed courtyard leads into the large open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
